ಜನಸ್ಪಂದನ ನ್ಯೂಸ್, ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ : ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಮತ್ತು ಗೋವಾ ನಡುವಿನ ಮನಮೋಹಕ ದೂದ್ ಸಾಗರ ಜಲಪಾತ ನೋಡಲು ರವಿವಾರ ತೆರಳಿದ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರಿಗೆ ಗೋವಾ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಸ್ಕಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ಹೊಡೆಸಿ ಕಳಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಈ ಕುರಿತ ವಿಡಿಯೋ ಇದೀಗ ಸಾಮಾಜಿಕ ಜಾಲತಾಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರೀ ವೈರಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಜಲಪಾತ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಘಟ್ಟದ ಭಗವಾನ್ ಮಹಾವೀರ ಉದ್ಯಾನ ಮೊಲ್ಲೆಂ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಉದ್ಯಾನದ ಬಳಿ ಇದೆ. ದಟ್ಟ ಕಾಡಿನಿಂದ ಸುತ್ತುವರಿದಿದೆ. ಟ್ರಕಿಂಗ್ ಹೋಗುವವರಿಗೆ ಇದು ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಪ್ರಶಸ್ತ ಜಾಗ. ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಅನೇಕರು ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಟ್ರ್ಯಾಕ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಇಲ್ಲಿ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ನಿಷೇಧ ಇದ್ದರು ಯುವಕರು ದೂದಸಾಗರ ನೋಡಲು ತೆರಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ವಾರಾಂತ್ಯದ ರಜೆಗೆ ಬೆಳಗಾವಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ನೆರೆಹೊರೆಯ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಗಳಿಂದ ತೆರಳಿದ್ದ ಯುವಕರಿಗೆ ಗೋವಾ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಬಸ್ಕಿ ಹೊಡೆಸುವ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಜಲಪಾತ ವೀಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ಗೋವಾ ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ವಿಧಿಸಿದೆ. ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭಾಗದಿಂದ ಜೋಯಿಡಾ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ಕ್ಯಾನ್ಸಲ್ ರಾಕ್ ನಿಂದ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಮಾರ್ಗ ಅಥವಾ ರೈಲು ಹಳಿ ಬಳಿ ಟ್ರಕ್ಕಿಂಗ್ ಮೂಲಕ ತೆರಳಬೇಕು. ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಇಲ್ಲಿ ರೈಲ್ವೆ ಹಳಿ ಪಕ್ಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆದ ಸಾಗಲು ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ಹೇರಿದೆ. ನಿರ್ಬಂಧ ವಿಧಿಸಿದ್ದರೂ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರು ಜಲಪಾತ ವೀಕ್ಷಣೆಗೆ ತೆರಳುತ್ತಾರೆ.
ಕೆಲವರು ದೂದಸಾಗರ ಮಾರ್ಗವಾಗಿ ರೈಲ್ವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಗಿ ದೂದಸಾಗರ ಬಳಿ ರೈಲಿನ ವೇಗ ಕಡಿಮೆಯಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದಂತೆ ಇಳಿಯುತ್ತಾರೆ. ವಾರಾಂತ್ಯ ರವಿವಾರ ಆಗಿದ್ದರಿಂದ ಜನದಟ್ಟಣೆ ಉಂಟಾಗಿದೆ.
ಹೀಗಾಗಿ ಪೊಲೀಸರು ಮತ್ತು ಅರಣ್ಯ ಇಲಾಖೆ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಪ್ರವಾಸಿಗರನ್ನು ತಡೆದು ಬಸ್ಕಿ ಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

The waterfall is located near Bhagwan Mahavira Udyan Mollem National Park in the Western Ghats. Surrounded by dense forest. It is a very popular place for truckers. Hence many come on the railway track.
There was a ban on entry here, the youth have gone to see Dudasagar. The Goa police have given punishment of busking to youths who had gone for weekend vacation from neighboring districts including Belagavi.
Goa has banned waterfall viewing. From Karnataka side, from Cancel Rock in Joida taluk, one has to travel by railway line or by trucking near railway tracks. The Railway Department has restricted movement along the railway tracks here. Despite the restrictions, tourists go to see the falls.
Some take the railway via Doodasagar and get off near Doodasagar as the speed of the train slows down. As the weekend was Sunday, there was crowding.
Thus the police and forest department personnel stopped the tourists and punished them.)
